Shipping and Delivery

Order Checklist:

  1. Calculate the total square footage in the areas you wish to install your flooring. Measure the length of the room and multiply it by the measurement of the width of the room. This total is your area. We suggest you add an additional 5% to your total for waste.
  2. Ensure you have everything you need to complete your job.
    • Flooring.
    • Underlayment paper.
    • Nailer.
    • Nails.
    • Air vents. Do you desire wooden air vents to match your floor?
    • Bullnose. Does your floor lead into a stairwell going down or sunken room?
    • Reducers. Do you have tile, carpet, or linoleum at a different height than your floor.
  3. Call us at 763-533-3294 or 1-800-800-2053 or fax 763-390-4442 to place your order. Also you can visit our showroom/warehouse at 8400 89th Ave N Suite 490, Brooklyn Park, MN 55445. We are open between the hours of 7am - 5pm Monday, Wednsday and Friday, 7am - 8pm Tuesday and Thursday.
  4. Pick up your flooring today at our showroom/warehouse. Next day delivery is available in the seven county metro area. Receive your flooring the next day if ordered by noon. In most areas of the Midwest, allow 1-3 days. Some remote areas can take longer. Nation wide allow one week.
  5. Inspect the flooring before installation. Lay out a box for observation. Is it the color and grade ordered? Does the homeowner approve? Once the flooring is installed it is deemed accepted. No refunds will be made on installed flooring.

Your check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are welcome here. We also offer on the spot 90 day differed interest no payment financing. Credit application & approval required.

Warranties

All of our flooring is covered by the manufacturers warranty. Warranties are included with the flooring when shipped. If you desire to review a warranty before purchase call toll free at 1-800-800-2053.

Price

All prices are F.O.B. Minneapolis MN. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns

10% restocking fee on full orders. No returns after 45 days. No returns without original sales receipt. No returns on open bundles, boxes, or any damaged material. No returns on any flooring containing over 6-8% moisture content. Returns are processed by mail with a check, unless the material is paid by credit card. Credit card returns are refunded immediately on the same account which the purchase charged to.
